The Wounded Healers

“We have turned doctors into gods and worship their deity by offering up our bodies and our souls-not to mention our worldly goods. And yet paradoxically, they are the most vulnerable of human beings. Their suicide rate is eight times the national average. Their Percentage of Drug addiction is one hundred times higher and because they are painfully aware that they cannot live up to our expectations, their anguish is unquantifiable intense. They have aptly been called Wounded Healers.”

Love Happens

I didn’t choose to love, it just happened.

It evolved through and conquered all my senses and left me dying whatsoeva. Come on baby, life is nt so straight forward. With time, it all fades away, the beauty of it, the madness lessens and the obsession fades away.Time is the best healer, with all the good weather and the bad weather, bt hey stop, i didnt choose this. The link between love and lust has always been a problematic question in philosophy.

To me, love is the desire, the emotional closeness, it has the intimacy, commitment and passion and passion is the driving force behind the platonic or the altruism or the interpersonal love. Well, as far as my attachment is concerned, i d’nt really regret the very feeling and emotions i have. I ve come a long way and now that i stand here and turn around, i find out that i ve had quite an experience there. No regrets for that i did not  get nything except for the pain, the flings,  now i am cherishing the figments of my imagination– the pain.

The link between love and lust has always been a problematic question in philosophy. The all time debate on love vs lust! What i know is that it all starts with this thing, the lust, just a game of amphetamines and nor epinephrines going through all my nerves. Perhaps lust is the most +ve approach towards love, the feelings and the passion, to me, one originates the other and i think is the main motive behind most feelings.

I really love this quote of Mumtaz Mufti in which he says that it is the very pure delight to carve for ones love, once you get there, the charm gets away. Thus think im destined to this pain and i love my sufferings. i love this very hate cz it gives me a sense of satisfaction  of being involved in emotions either way up.

And on an ending note: “Although Science could pinpoint the exact spot in the brain that ignites rage, they had yet to identify the location that produces LOVE” from Doctors by Erich Segal.
